Chattanooga's big northside suburb. Hixson Pike runs through it, lined with
grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. It's where a lot of families land:
good schools, spread-out housing, and the river at the edge.
Everything from 1970s ranches to newer subdivisions and apartments near
Highway 153. Prices sit below the East Brainerd/Ooltewah tier.
Downtown ~15-20 minutes via Hwy 153/27 (backups at the Hwy 153/153 bridge and
downtown exits at rush). Access to the Chickamauga Dam
and North Chickamauga Creek trails from the same corridor
(TVA).
